We are delighted to have secured planning approval for our residential project on Stanley Road in Liverpool, by working closely with local Liverpool property developer, New Regen Ltd to create a design proposal that will deliver good quality family homes on the brownfield site.
Our design team acknowledged the site’s urban location and its history which is mainly based on a Victorian terraced house street system, to design an appropriate and modern residential development, which not only meets planning policy but responds to, and is inspired by the character of the area, providing much needed additional housing for the local community.
It was a unanimous decision to grant approval at the Liverpool City Council Planning Committee meeting with one of the Councillor’s on the committee describing the design of the scheme as being “excellent” which is amazing news for the team here at Fibre Architects.
