We are thrilled that our large residential project on School Croft in Brotherton is nearing completion. The mews style development, which began in 2013, is planned to finish at the end of January 2016. The project, consisting of 10 new-build houses, utilises the shape and orientation of the existing school site that it sits on.
The 3 bed houses have a traditional design using vernacular materials. Each home varies in style and layout with every house having generous sized bathrooms and bedrooms. The new dwellings have been designed with energy saving qualities in line with the current building regulations.
All houses on site have sold before completion which is a great achievement. This highlights that we were able to develop a successful site layout and house type. The project was a huge success due to a great developer with brilliant vision, a hard working contractor and of course, our team (we don’t want to blow out trumpet too much!).
We are all extremely happy with the end result.
