We’ve kicked off the New Year in style – a hat trick of planning approvals for a variety of projects involving properties in the area and beyond.
Starting off the New Year was the approval of this exciting proposal in Greenfield near Oldham.
This will involve the complete remodelling, refurbishment, and extension of a former 1950’s dormer bungalow into a dynamic and contemporary 2-story home.

Our second approval in January was for the extension and full refurbishment of another bungalow, this time originally built in the 1930’s and located in Edgerton, Huddersfield very close to our offices here.
This one will involve multiple single-story extensions and the conversion and extension of the existing detached garage, all with new large areas of glazing & new render externally to complete a fresh new look throughout.

Our third and final approval to finish off January was this large, detached property in Halifax which is located adjacent to an existing Listed property.
Here generous front and rear extensions and the full remodelling of the existing house, together, the complete rebuild and relocation of the detached garage buildings to the front will create an impressive and much improved new family home for our clients.

We are absolutely delighted to have ended January on a high and are pleased that all these projects are going to be built out this year-long may this success continue for further months.
