Award winning architecture – Success for Fibre Architects at NWPAs

We’re delighted to announce that our residential scheme, City Residence has been crowned “The Best Small New Home Development 2018” at the North-West Property Awards.

Part of our team attended the glittering award ceremony last night at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral’s Lutyens Crypt which was run by Move Publishing where 13 awards were presented to various organisations in the property industry.

Fibre Architects’ project, City Residence, was shortlisted alongside 3 other outstanding schemes from areas in the North West designed by Calderpeel Architects, TJ Thomas & Redwing Living.

City Residence, a £3m development of 30 three and four bedroom homes located to the north of Liverpool City Centre was designed with both families and professionals in mind. The scheme comprised a mixture of semi-detached and terraced properties, with some built over three floors to be both contextual and maximize development values.

Director, Martin Booker commented; “We’re really pleased to bring a top regional award back to Yorkshire from across the Pennines! Especially up against some larger multi-office practices and nationally recognised developers.”

Below are some images of the scheme.
